Eli’s kinesiology sessions have made me feel much more aligned and balanced. These sessions completely allowed me to relax and let go, which is quite a rarity for me.

I’ve been suffering from anxiety and stress for several years and it’s like an auto pilot which i felt hard to control. I was amazed at just how much I was able to resolve this in one session and looking forward to subsequent sessions to work through this. Definitely in a much better space after these sessions!

Before Sessions with Eli, I wasn’t particularly in tune with my Body, so didn’t really know what it needed. I often lacked Balance, and found it difficult to manage my Energies effectively. That adversely affected my ability to maintain relationships (even with family), as I generally felt depleted 🙁 This caused Unconscious sabotaging tendencies, which added to anxiety-stress! Eli Chan’s kinesiology sessions have helped me to have alignment and more harmony in my life. I had been out of alignment, and out of wellbeing state for a very long time, pushing through everything just out of willpower. However that is not the way and she helped me to see that. I came across Eli’s profile while searching for Holistic Therapists in London. At the time I was going through a traumatic experience with my now ex boyfriend. Using Kinesiology, Eli was able to identify deeper traumas that I needed to heal from that were contributing to my track record of bad relationships. She also used the Bio Well machine to read the energy and stress levels of my body and emotional state which was really fascinating. After a session with Eli and one of Konstantin’s movement classes, the Bio Well machine showed a dramatic improvement. Eli is fantastic!! I had anxiety and high stress level for quite a big amount of time. After 3 sessions with Eli Chan I felt a big relief. Sleep deprivation went away. During the session it seemed like I don’t understand what us happening exactly. But Eli is always ready to explain what she is doing and how it works. I love my sessions with Eli, and I’m always looking forward to them, both for the energetic work and Eli’s great insight on the psychological part of the healing. Spoiler alert: Healing implies feeling the emotion, which means you’ll have to go through the pain, Kinesiology helps you get in touch with your emotions and then it’s your job to let it go.

Anna had problems with her partner in relationship to such extent that they were considering a divorce.

It took 4 sessions to complete. After only 2 sessions Anna has noticed improvement The partner who was seemingly the source of majority of the tension in relationship stopped with behaviors that were leading to conflicts without participating in any therapy sessions himself.

Barbara had problems with her boss at work. There was a change in management and Barbara was presented with a new boss who clearly disliked her and made her feel threatened and on edge whenever the boss was around.

After completing 2 sessions Barbara’s boss stopped appearing threatening and she recognized that he isn’t actually that bad. The boss also started treating her in fairer manner.
